My Story
I am a licensed clinical social worker and organizational psychologist (PhD, I/O Psychology) and adjunct professor. I am energized by my work helping individuals and organizations grow by identifying strengths, fostering psychological safety, and encouraging meaningful change. My work with students and clients informs my practice, and I strive to help leaders and organizations learn to listen to understand, speak to be understood, and implement strategies that build confidence, sharpen skills, and reduce bias and polarization. By combining a compassionate, non-judgmental approach with evidence-based strategies, I aim to create environments — both in therapy and in organizations — that empower individuals, enhance creativity, and produce positive outcomes.
